Armed Forces day

The city of Torrance hosts a three-day celebration beginning on Friday, May 14 through Sunday, May 16. The Parade highlight is on Saturday, May 15, and this year's honored branch is the United States Coast Guard.

SATURDAY, MAY 15

Parade time: 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.
Parade route begins at Crenshaw Boulevard going west on Torrance Blvd. ending at Madrona Avenue. Torrance's parade is the longest-running Armed Forces Day Parade in the nation.

EXHIBITS time 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.: Military exhibits on display, including aircrafts, vehicles, and support equipment

Location: Del Amo Fashion Center and in the parking lot west of the Lifestyle Wing parking structure.

SUNDAY, MAY 16

EXHIBITS time: 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Military exhibits on display, including aircrafts, vehicles, and support equipment

Location: Del Amo Fashion Center and in the parking lot west of the Lifestyle Wing parking structure. The exhibits will end on Sunday, May 16, at 3:00 p.m.
